We're a group of intergenerational women who are committed to fostering community for all women at West Pres (no matter what they believe about God). We seek to hold space for the struggles facing us now & support each other while also loving and serving our community together.
We also want to follow Jesus and grow in our understanding of God. If you identify as a woman, you're welcome to join us!
We meet every third Saturday of each month (except December) at 11am in Fellowship Hall. We have a potluck and study women of the Bible who speak. Our source book is "Bible Women Who Speak" by Lindsay Hardin Freeman, but you do not have to buy it or read any of it ahead of time.
We also plan additional fun, social events like movie nights and hikes. In April 2023, we coordinated our first women-led service. Additionally, West Pres Women partners with Saving Innocence, a local organization that rescues and restores child victims of sex trafficking.
