How we can Help: Let a Volunteer run an errand for you, like picking up groceries or a prescription from your pharmacy. If you can’t do something, maybe we have a volunteer who can. At this time, our volunteers are not able to transport members to doctor appointments or the like. This is a volunteer errand service to help our members obtain basic needs.
How Help works: Our goal will be to connect a Member in Need (MIN) to a nearby Member Volunteer and complete the request within 72 hours of the request. Please understand that is the goal that we strive for, not our guarantee. When a MIN is connected with a Volunteer, the two parties will coordinate any financial exchange necessary for this service.
As Needed; As Available Volunteer Based Service: Since we are in a very unique time, everything is subject to change. This service is on an as-needed basis for all volunteers. Our initial goal is to be able to successfully respond to and provide for a member in need within 72 hours. The more volunteers that sign up, the more we are able to help.
Meant for Members In Need: We want to make sure help is going to those who need it most. This service is designed for Members in Need, which includes but is not limited to:
